Information point and complaints procedure
If you do not come together, you can get advice by telephone at the Dental Information Point (TIP). The TIP was established by our professional organization, the NMT. If this does not provide a satisfactory solution, you can use the NMT complaints procedure to which we are affiliated. There are two options, namely mediation and formal complaint handling, resulting in a verdict.
